A school is an institution designed to provide learning spaces and learning environments for the teaching of students under the direction of teachers.

Such a beautiful framed school environment. If similar co-curricular activities set up in other govt schools then everyone will *kickoff private institute* you can see in the video how the staff had all these activities other then books like games, tour, picnic, swatch bharat abhivan etc... U know I myself experienced during childhood, we used to have some extra activities each Friday and I used to insist myself to go school as that attracted my *internal soul with zest*.

How the school is colored and the outside views(campus) omg i wish to b there😭...

Such a creative staff is required at priority in today's *careless era* . Schools and their teachers have always been under pressure, for instance, the pressure to cover the curriculum, to perform well in comparison to other schools, and to avoid the stigma of being "soft" or "spoiling" toward students. Forms of discipline, such as control over when students may speak, and normalized behavior, such as raising a hand to speak, are imposed in the name of greater efficiency(mulla mirdungchaang ya).


We must know;
The mediocre teacher tells The good teacher explains, The superior teacher demonstrates, The great teacher inspires.
I am sure the inspiration behind this video might be kaka Sadiq Ali
He is working as a teacher there. I respect his creative works and thoughts.
The world gives us PLENTY of opportunities to strengthen our patience. While this truth can definitely be challenging, this is a good thing. Patience is a key that unlocks the door to a more fulfilling life.

I wish every government school do like Govt middle school samar pashkum (Kargil Ladakh)  doing.

There is lots of scope in the teaching profession, don't go for a short-term penny but try to carve the students in such a way that the whole world compelled to praise the profession.
